| Nhill Environmentally Wise Town | | | NEWT, or the Nhill Environmentally Wise Town group is a small group of committed local people who are keen to provide current and relevant information to the people of Hindmarsh Shire in relation to the Environmental issues that concern us all.
On June 18, NEWT held a very informative and well attended forum which explained and discussed the complex topic of Carbon and Greenhouse Gas Emissions. As expected, this interesting topic raised as many questions as it answered, which was exactly the point!
NEWT will continue to present informative and timely news, views and important ideas to the community, so that Nhill and the Shire in general is able to develop it's environmental wisdom!
