Membership
The method of selection of Committee members shall be as determined by Council in consultation with the Committee of Management.

The following will apply:

Membership of the Committee of Management shall be determined at the Annual General Meeting from nominations received up to one week prior to the Annual General Meeting. The nominations will be forwarded to Council for its consideration.

At the Annual General Meeting, all positions and memberships of the Committee of Management will be declared vacant.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in September in every year.

Any extraordinary vacancies shall be filled by the Council in consultation with the Committee of Management.

Communication
At all times free and open communications will be fostered between nominated representatives of both parties.
