| ||Rates and Charges are payable by instalments. The first instalment must be paid by the 30th September each year. Reminder notices will be issued for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th instalments.|
Due Dates for Rates are as follows:
1st Instalment - 30 September
2nd Instalment - 30 November
3rd Instalment - 28 February
4th Instalment - 31 May
Penalty interest at the rate of 9.5% per annum applies to all rates and charges not paid by the due dates/s.

| Fire Services Levy|
| ||From 1 July 2013, the Fire Services Levy will be removed from insurance premiums and will instead be collected through council rates. Rather than contributing through insurance premiums, a property-based levy will be collected with council rates.
