Hindmarsh Shire Council will be accepting green waste disposal at Transfer Stations free of charge throughout October 2026. This is an opportunity to tidy up your properties in the lead up to summer.
You’ve had fun doing the research, but what’s next? Have fun writing the story! This short course aims to give you the tools & confidence to start writing your family history. A family history project; consider your audience; try different writing techniques; discuss what research, images & data to include; consider copyright, privacy & permissions; and look at some referencing techniques. This course begins with Imelda Cribbins as Guest Speaker on Friday night the 1st May at 7:00pm. $5 donation appreciated. The course continues on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of May, from 10:30am until 4:30pm.
