Would you like to advertise your event on Council's website, Facebook page and newsletters? If so, please fill out our online Advertising an Event form below.

Advertising an Event Form

Once you have completed this form, please allow Council officers 3-5 business days to publish your event on Council's website in our Events Calendar.

All event advertising requests are subject to final approval by Council staff. Council may choose to not advertise events that relate to political advocacy or publicly contentious issues as this may be construed as reflecting a position of Council that may not have been formally decided or demonstrated. We understand the importance of robust social and political debate, but also must take action to prevent harassment and vilification of any person/people on our platforms.

Please note: if your event requires Council approval, your event won't be promoted until you have received a conditional event permit. Please contact the Economic Development and Tourism team on 03 5391 4444 if you have any questions about event approvals and processes.
