Starting, Growing or Transferring your Business

Food Businesses

Information for businesses, community groups and individuals regarding food safety, food business classification, domestic kitchens and mobile/temporary businesses.

Health & Beauty Premises

Information for businesses on registering a health or beauty premises.

Accommodation Premises

Information to assist proprietors with registering an accommodation premise with council.

Transferring your Business

Information for new business owners regarding transferring businesses.

Tobacco Controls

The control of tobacco and related products is under the Tobacco Act 1987 (Vic) and is controlled and enforced by Council. Click here for more information.

Street Furniture Permit

A street furniture permit is required to ensure that the items do not unreasonably impede, obstruct or hinder the movement of pedestrian traffic along the footpath.

Wastewater and Septic Systems

Installing and maintaining septic tanks.

Liquor Licences

Any person or organisation that intends to supply liquor in Victoria must apply for a licence through the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.
