Hindmarsh Shire Council would like to inform residents that from Sunday 01 March 2026, the Nhill, Dimboola, Jeparit, and Rainbow Transfer Stations will return to their regular operating hours.

In recognition and support of International Day of People with Disability, Hindmarsh Shire Council will be hosting a celebration at the Dimboola Bowling Club, on Monday 8 December 2025 from 10:00am until 2:00pm.
International Day of People with Disability is a United Nations (UN) observed day, that aims to increase public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability and celebrate their achievements and contributions. The theme for 2025 is “fostering disability inclusive societies for advancing social progress.”
The celebration at Dimboola Bowling Club will include a BBQ lunch, music, activities including Lawn Bowls and giant games.
Everyone is welcome to attend, but booking is required.
