Hindmarsh Shire Council and the Hindmarsh Pride Committee are excited to announce the upcoming Harmony Day – Market and Performances that will be held on Saturday 28 March 2026 at Jaypex Park in Nhill from 10am to 1pm. Council would like to invite local community groups, organisations and businesses to participate in this event to celebrate and recognise our diversity.  This event is being organised by Hindmarsh Shire Council in collaboration with local community groups.

Harmony Week is an annual celebration to recognise cultural diversity and bring together Australians from all different backgrounds. It’s about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.

We are currently inviting expressions of interest from groups and businesses who would like to:

  • Hold a stall, and/or
  • Perform at the event

You can showcase the richness of your culture by hosting a stall – through your cultural food, history, or community!
