DRAFT 2026/2027 ANNUAL BUDGET
The draft budget has been prepared and we’re now seeking feedback from the community before it’s adopted.

DRAFT HINDMARSH DOMESTIC ANIMAL DE-SEXING POLICY
This new draft policy has been prepared to establish Council's approach to mandatory desexing for cats registered within Hindmarsh Shire.

MASTER PLANS FOR KEY SPORT AND RECREATION PRECINCTS
Council has engaged consultant, Simon Leisure Consulting, to lead the development of three strategic sport and recreation master plans for:
- Davis Park, Nhill
- Dimboola Recreation Reserve
- Jeparit Tennis Courts, Caravan Park and Riverbank Precinct

DRAFT COUNCIL POLICIES
Council has three policies out for public feedback:
- Native Vegetation on Rateable Land Policy
- Hardship and Financial Hardship Policy
- Council Grants Administration Policy

PROPOSED SALE OF LAND - 289 GREIG ROAD, ANTWERP
Council is proposing to sell the land located at 289 Greig Road Antwerp (old Tarranyurk Quarry site).
