Hindmarsh Shire Council would like to invite community members to 'Walk the Walk' as a part of 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.
'Walk the Walk' is a free event hosted by Hindmarsh Shire Council funded under Respect Victoria's 16 Days of Activism Grassroots Initiative.
Please join us for a community walk to bring awareness to gender-based violence. Each walk will end with a free barbeque tea. We encourage attendees to wear orange and bring along any banners or signs of support.
Rainbow's 'Walk the Walk' will commence at 6pm, departing from the Turbo Gallery on 02 December 2024.
If you have any questions, please contact Stephanie Lynch, Hindmarsh Shire Council's Free From Violence Project Officer via email at slynch@hindmarsh.vic.gov.au or phone (03) 5391 4444.
