Hindmarsh April School Holiday Program

School holiday activities are back in Hindmarsh Shire with an exciting two weeks of fun and FREE activities planned across all four towns within the municipality during the April school holidays.

The 2024 April school holidays program will include our regular STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math), crafts and cooking favourites, and the ever-popular Level Up Gaming. CJ’S Puppet Show is also returning, and the school holiday movie feature at the Nhill Cinema will be Kung Fu Panda 4.

With the range of activities being held there is sure to be something for everyone in the Hindmarsh Shire this April school holidays.

Hindmarsh Shire Council Mayor, Cr Brett Ireland said, “the school holiday activities program has proven to be an outstanding success over the last couple of years, attendance numbers are extremely encouraging.”

“With continued support from our community we will continue to seek interesting and varied artists and activities to engage our children and youth during their term breaks. Well done to our facilitators of this program, the programs are outstanding.”

Activities and events will be held over both weeks of the school holidays, and we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment as some activities may have a limited amount of spots available.
