Hindmarsh Shire is celebration Children’s Week this year, a national celebration that recognises the talents, skills, achievements and rights of children. The 2022 theme is “all children have the right to a standard of living that supports their wellbeing and healthy development”. Hindmarsh Shire is proud to celebrate and support our children with celebrations at all four branches of Hindmarsh Shire Libraries.
FREE activities will be run at Jeparit, Rainbow, Nhill and Dimboola Libraries with song, stories and activities provided by Emily at Young Expressions. Emily will be helping children make washi tape decorations, learn badge making and get those creative juices flowing. We would love to see our kinder kids and the schools visit our libraries where possible to attend these activities. No bookings required, just join us in celebrating Children’s Week 2022.
