Alternative Access Options
If you're unable to access the portal, you can still view or request the materials by:
- Visiting the Nhill Customer Service Centre to view a hard copy (viewing and booking rules apply - contact (03) 5391 4444)
- Request a copy be emailed directly to you, by emailing our Planning Department at development@hindmarsh.vic.gov.au.
How to Make a Submission or Objection
If you wish to provide a submission or objection, you may do so up to the date that Council decides on the planning permit application.
Submissions must:
- Be in writing (via the GreenLight Portal, email or posted letter)
- Clearly outline your concerns and how you may be affected
- Include planning permit application number (if not submitting via GreenLight)
- Full name
- Postal address
- Contact phone number
You must not submit any personal information or copyright material of third parties without their informed consent. By submitting the material, you agree that that the use of the material as detailed above does not breach any third party's right to privacy and copyright.
Objections and submissions are made publicly available.
Please note:
- Petitions or joint letters are counted as one objection
- The first-named person becomes the formal contact for Council
