2022 Mallee Electorate Candidates Forum

Hindmarsh Shire Council invites members of the community to attend the 2022 Mallee Electorate Candidates Forum prior to the upcoming Federal election.

All attending candidates will be provided with an opportunity to individually address the audience, then participate in an open question, and answer session from the floor.

The five candidates who have nominated for the election and invited to attend the forum include;

• Ms Sophie Baldwin, Independent Candidate
• Ms Claudia Haenel, Independent Candidate
• Mr Stuart King, United Australia Party Candidate
• Mr Chris Lahy, Citizens Party Candidate
• Dr Anne Webster MP, National Party Candidate

This will be an opportunity for you to meet and hear from all candidates and to seek responses to questions about issues you are passionate about.

The forum will also be livestreamed on Hindmarsh Shire Council’s Facebook page for residents who are unable to attend in person. Viewers will also be able to send messages with questions that will be relayed to the candidates for their response.

In line with COVID-19 protocols, anyone attending this forum must be double vaccinated.
