An objection must be made in writing with an explanation of how the objector would be affected by the proposal. Council must make every objection available for public inspection until the end of the review period. 

Deciding on the Planning Permit Application:
The application will be assessed by Council against the Hindmarsh Planning Scheme. A decision will not be made on this application until after 20 March 2025. If you object, council will tell you it’s decision.
