Hindmarsh Shire Council Cat Desexing Program Published on 31 January 2023 Hindmarsh Shire Council has received funding to facilitate a subsidised cat desexing program through the Victorian State Government’s Animal Welfare Grants Program (Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions).
