The United Nation’s international campaign 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence takes place each year from 25 November until 10 December. The campaign aims to unite community and call for the elimination of gendered violence.

2025/2026 Rate Cap Calculation

Hindmarsh Shire Council has reported a minor non-compliance with the 2025/2026 rate cap, with initial calculations suggesting an additional $3,949 will be collected in total across the entire rate base. This means that, on average, the impact will be less than $1 per property over the financial year.
