Built by James Menzies as a General Drapery, Boot and Shoe shop.

Later it was a Fruit and Lolly shop operated by Mr Hutchinson, AR Whitney, MA Chaplin and Len (Pop) Williamson. Eric Danny Gloury used it for many years as a Boot and Shoe shop. After the Shoe shop closed it was later used as a Book shop by the Lutheran Church.

It was then incorporated into the Cafe next door. It was demolished in 2012 after the adjoining building was damaged by fire.
